All prices are inclusive of VAT at 23%. Broadband speeds are “up to” and depend on location, network usage, your devices and Wi-Fi capability and other factors. Free calls included in your pack include calls to local and National numbers (each call up to 60 minutes maximum) and up to 60 minutes in total of calls to Irish mobiles. All other calls, standard rates apply.

The monthly price of you plan is subject to an annual price change. Consumer Price Index annual rate is published by the Central Statistics Office in January of each year (https://www.cso.ie/en/ ) and increases the contract by the amount of annual CPI published every January plus 3%, effective from every April bill thereafter. For example, if the CPI is 2% between December 2023 and December 2024 as published in January 2025, plus 3%, it equals a 5% increase in your undiscounted monthly charge. Payment by monthly direct debit/debit card only. Failed or late payments will incur charges. 30 days notice is required to cancel your service. If you cancel within the Minimum Term you will be charged the monthly pack charge for the remainder of your contract period.
